SnapTik (snaptik.gratis) respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how copyright holders can request the removal of infringing content and how we handle such requests.

How SnapTik Works

SnapTik is a tool that processes publicly available TikTok links provided by users. We do not host, store, or index any TikTok videos, audio files, or images on our servers. All content is fetched directly from TikTok at the moment of the user's request and is not cached or retained afterward.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our service where the material can be found.
  4. Your contact information — including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Where to Send Your Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent by email:

Email: snaptik.gratis@gmail.com

Include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line so we can process your request promptly.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access to our service for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

User Responsibility

Users of SnapTik are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and use the content they access through our service. By using SnapTik, you agree to comply with all applicable copyright laws. For full details on acceptable use, please review our Terms of Service.
